Pricing

Two prices, both published, and only one of them is compulsory.

The software has a price. Processing has a price. Both are published below. OnSight has its own processing, and you can bring your own instead — it is an option, not a condition.

One plan. Every feature, unlimited users, unlimited customers and unlimited invoices.

Processing

Our rates, published. Or keep the processor you have.

OnSight has its own integrated processing and most businesses take it — one place to call when something declines, and the terminal comes with it. It is still an option rather than a condition, which is the part the bundled platforms will not match.

Already have a processor you are happy with, or a rate you would rather keep? Use it. The software works the same, and nothing in your plan changes.

Rates are for Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express on a standard account. No monthly minimum, no statement fee and no early-termination fee. Interchange-plus is available on the custom option if you would rather see the split.

The programs, worked

One $620 invoice, three ways, and what actually lands.

Every other page in this category explains the programs. Here is the arithmetic on the rate published above, so you can do the comparison rather than take it on faith.

What most shops do now Traditional You absorb the cost, the way most merchants always have.
Cash, check or ACH$620.00
On a card$620.00
Processing, 2.75% + 5¢−$17.10
You keep $602.90
The credit card pays the difference Surcharge A disclosed 3% premium on credit. Never on debit — the rules do not allow it.
Cash or check$620.00
Credit card, +3%$638.60
Debit card, no surcharge$620.00
Credit processing, 3%−$18.60
Debit processing, 1.50%−$9.30
You keep — credit $620.00 +$17.10 against traditional
You keep — debit $610.70 +$7.80 against traditional
The customer chooses Dual pricing Two prices posted side by side, the card price 3% above cash, and they pick one.
Cash, check or ACH$620.00
Card price, 3% above cash$638.60
Processing cost, 3%−$18.60
You keep $620.00 +$17.10 against traditional

Traditional runs at 2.75% + 5¢ card present. Surcharge and dual pricing are billed at a flat 3% — the same figure being passed on, so the two cancel and you bank the cash price. Under surcharge that premium is added to credit only and is disclosed before it is taken: debit is never surcharged, so a debit customer pays the cash price and you carry debit at 1.50%, which is why that column has two answers rather than one. Under dual pricing the card price applies to any card, and both prices are printed on the invoice and the pay page. Cash stays $620.00 on every program — that is the point of the two numbers.

Add-ons

Priced separately because they are used separately.

SMS notifications $0.02 / message On-my-way notices, inspection-ready alerts and payment reminders. Passed through at cost.
Physical terminal $0 / month Placed with OnSight processing. Bring your own processor and you bring your own terminal.

On every plan

Four things that are not an upgrade.

Processing is a choice Ours, or the one you already have Take OnSight processing at the published rate, or bring your own and change nothing else. The bundled platforms make theirs a condition of the software. Ask them.
All three pricing programs Traditional, surcharge, dual pricing One engine prices every line, so the screen, the PDF and the database all show the same figure. Not a premium tier.
Your customers, free The portal is not per-seat Every customer can see what they owe, pay it and accept estimates, branded as your business. You are never billed for them.
Your data, exportable Including the whole Vault CSV for the records, PDF for the documents, on request and without a conversation about retention.

Questions

The ones worth asking before you sign anything.

Do I have to use your processing?

No. OnSight has its own, at the published rates above, and most businesses take it because the rate is good and there is one place to call when something declines. But it is an option, not a condition. Bring your own processor and the software works exactly the same. Ask any bundled platform the same question.

Then what is the software fee actually buying?

The software. The two prices are separate line items and each has to stand on its own — which is the point of publishing both. On a platform where processing is compulsory the software price is really a processing price you cannot see.

What does the OnSight Agent cost?

Nothing extra. Automations are unlimited, and there is no per-run or per-task meter — a meter would have you rationing exactly the work you bought it to stop doing.

Do crew logins on a phone cost extra?

No. Users are unlimited, so a technician clocking in, working a checklist, photographing an item and taking a payment at the curb costs the same as an office seat — nothing. Add the whole crew.

What happens to my data if I leave?

You export it. Customers, properties, vehicles, jobs, invoices, payments and the whole Vault come out as CSV, and the documents come out as PDFs. There is no retention hostage-taking, and you do not have to ask twice.

Is there a contract?

No. Month to month, no setup fee, and migration is included rather than sold as an onboarding package that needs an annual commitment to justify it.

Is there a bigger plan as we grow?

There is no bigger plan, because there is nothing above this one to sell you. Fifty dollars is the price with unlimited users, unlimited locations and every feature switched on, and it does not change when you add a second crew or a second building.
