Book a demo

Thirty minutes, your trade, your numbers.

Not a tour. We ask what you run today, show the half of the product your trade actually uses, and run the Vault arithmetic on your own job count and average ticket. There is nothing to sign and we will not ask for a card.

What the half hour is

Four things, in this order.

  1. 01
We ask what you run todayWhat is on paper, what is in a spreadsheet, and what software you already pay for. It shapes the next twenty-five minutes, and it is the difference between a demo and a presentation.
  2. 02
We show the half you would actually useYou see the part of the product your work needs and none of the part it does not. Nobody sits through a tour of somebody else’s job.
  3. 03
We run your numbers on the VaultYour job count and your average ticket, in front of you. It is arithmetic rather than a claim, and you can do it yourself first on the pricing page.
  4. 04
You ask the four questionsThe ones on the home page that a competitor cannot answer. Ask us the same ones. If we cannot answer them either, you have learned something worth the half hour.

Pick a time

Tell us when suits and we will confirm the same day.

Email us and we will send three times back the same day. Say which trade you are in and roughly how many jobs a month you do, and the call will be about your business rather than a tour.

Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm Central

Bring two numbers

That is the whole preparation.

How many jobs you do in a month, and your average ticket. Everything the Vault is worth to you comes out of those two, and you can run it yourself before the call.

Jobs a month However you count them Whatever you count. A rough number is fine — we are looking for the order of magnitude, not your books.
Average ticket What a job is worth on average Those two give the recommended-but-not-sold figure, and that figure is the argument.

Run it yourself first →

Before you book

The questions people ask first.

Do I need to prepare anything?

Two numbers: how many jobs you do in a month, and your average ticket. Nothing else. If you do not know them, we will work them out on the call.

Who should be on it?

Whoever runs the schedule and whoever chases the money - often the same person. If they are different people, both, because the argument for this product lives between them.

Will you ask for a card?

No. There is nothing to sign on the call and no trial to start.

Can you show it with my own data?

Not on the first call - we will not have it. What we can do is board a sandbox with your trade, your job types and your pricing program, which is close enough to argue with.

Not ready for a call? Pricing is public and the arithmetic is on the site.
